How to Enter

The Contest must be entered by submitting a WAV file of a song via the official Contest submission link. The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of FEMME HOUSE. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of FEMME HOUSE.

Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of all states, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees and associates of FEMME HOUSE and Vibular Tech Records LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and media partners (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of FEMME HOUSE as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.

Contest Period

Entries will be accepted starting on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 12:00PM PST and ending on Friday, October 23, 2026 at 11:59AM PST.

PRIZE

There will be ONE winner for this Contest. The winner will receive:

  Broken Arrow (use password ‘redwood’ to enter site) is a holistic creative retreat in the Northern California redwoods, where the trees are tall, the gear is ready, the pool is warm, and the alpacas are soft.

  Built by Neil Young in the 1970s on over 200 acres of ranchland, the historic recording studio has been thoroughly modernized, with vintage and state-of-the-art equipment serviced top-to-bottom, knob-to-node, all fully functioning with a dedicated engineer to support whatever idea rides in on a whiff of warm dirt. There are private bedrooms and a well-stocked kitchen, an iconic bunkhouse with an outdoor stage, and miles of meadows and trails where your group can expand and contract. Collaborate under the perfect posture of a redwood or take a solo trip to sit with a banana slug for as long as it can takes him to slide across his chosen path (approximately 4-8 hours).

  Great art can come from anywhere. Here, your process is supported from a place of balance and care, on open land tended by kind people who know how to host. You’ll have the privacy and space to experiment, with enough structure and technical support to keep your project moving. Whether you arrive with a full vision or none at all, Broken Arrow Studio is a liminal space full of creative possibility, ready to welcome you as you are.

No prize substitution shall be permitted. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for FEMME HOUSE and Vibular Tech Records LLC to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winning remixes will be chosen at FEMME HOUSE’s sole discretion. Winners will be notified by email. FEMME HOUSE and Vibular Tech Records LLC shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 2 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT FEMME HOUSE‘S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CONTEST, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Rights Granted by You

By entering this Contest, You understand and agree that FEMME HOUSE, anyone acting on behalf of FEMME HOUSE, and FEMME HOUSE’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering , You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, You will be disqualified at the sole discretion of FEMME HOUSE. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, You shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FEMME HOUSE and Vibular Tech Records LLC from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which FEMME HOUSE and Vibular Tech Records LLC may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.

Terms & Conditions

The Contest hosted by FEMME HOUSE is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Linktree, and/or any other social platform that brought you to this page. FEMME HOUSE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond FEMME HOUSE’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, FEMME HOUSE may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by FEMME HOUSE. Entries must not constitute, facilitate, or promote illegal products, services or activities. Entries must not discriminate or encourage discrimination against people based on personal attributes such as race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, family status, disability, medical or genetic condition. Entries must not contain shocking, sensational, disrespectful or excessively violent content. Entries must not contain deceptive, false, or misleading content, including deceptive claims, offers, or business practices. FEMME HOUSE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. FEMME HOUSE has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, FEMME HOUSE reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless FEMME HOUSE and Vibular Tech Records LLC, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

Disputes

This Contest IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF the United States of America AND the State of California, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in California having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

REMIX AGREEMENT

As of [DATE], for good and valuable consideration, Vibular Tech Records LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company ("Vibular" or the "Company"), and the signatory indicated below ("Remixer") hereby agree to the following with respect to the remixing of certain master recordings owned and/or controlled by Vibular embodying the performances of the recording project professionally known as "everyone" ("everyone").

For purposes of this Agreement, "Vibular Parties" means Vibular Tech Records together with its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees, and distributors, everyone and each of its individual members, producers, and featured performers, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, and agents.

Remix: Vibular shall make audio stems ("Stems") available for the sound recording entitled "Heal ft Mr. Hudson" by everyone (collectively, the "Masters") for Remixer to download for the sole purpose of creating remixes (each a "Remix" or "Remixed Recording") at Remixer's sole cost and discretion for this competition.

1. Release: Remixer shall deliver the Remixes to Vibular by October 23, 2026, by way of submission via Dosido. Vibular, in its sole discretion, shall consider all uploaded Remixes for gratis streaming through YouTube, SoundCloud, or other digital audio or audiovisual platforms or websites. Vibular maintains the sole right to monetize any uploaded Remixes via online channels. Remixer agrees that Remixer will not be paid for any monetized or non-monetized uses of the Remixes, unless exploited as part of Section 3 below. Nothing herein obligates Vibular or any of the Vibular Parties to use, release, distribute, or otherwise exploit any Remix.

2. Credit: Remixer shall be credited as indicated in the title of the work as uploaded by Remixer ("Master Name (XX Remix)") to the extent reasonably possible based in part on metadata, size, platform, and/or any legal limitations. Remixer hereby grants to the Vibular Parties the perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, and unrestricted right to use Remixer's submitted name, likeness, image, voice, biographical material, and any other identifier submitted by Remixer in connection with the Remixes, the Masters, everyone, and the advertising and promotion thereof. No casual or inadvertent failure to accord credit, nor any failure by a third party to do so, shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

3. Win: Vibular may choose one (1) or more Remixes submitted from all participants, as determined by audience feedback and Vibular's sole discretion, for commercial exploitation in any format or media either now known or later developed. If selected, Remixer agrees to complete and sign in good faith any documents required by Vibular, including but not limited to grant agreements and tax documents, to effect the foregoing.

4. Rights: Vibular shall own all copyrights in and to the Remixed Recordings as "works made for hire" to the fullest extent permitted by law and, to the extent Remixer retains or is deemed to retain any right, title, or interest in the Remixed Recordings, Remixer hereby irrevocably assigns all such rights to Vibular in perpetuity throughout the universe. Vibular may freely assign, license, or otherwise transfer such rights to any of the Vibular Parties or to any third party without further consent from or payment to Remixer. Remixer waives all moral rights, rights of attribution, and rights of integrity Remixer may have in the Remixed song or Recording. No rights are granted hereunder to the original Masters, the Stems, everyone's name or marks, or the musical compositions underlying the Masters or Stems, all of which rights are expressly reserved by Vibular, everyone, and their respective affiliates and licensors.

5. Representations: Remixer represents, warrants, and agrees that the Remix will be 100% original with Remixer; that Remixer will not add any material that Remixer did not create or does not control, including without limitation any uncleared sample, interpolation, loop, recording, or third-party generated material; and that the Remix will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate the rights of any third party. Remixer further agrees not to transfer, upload, distribute, reproduce, or otherwise disseminate the Stems or Remixes to any person or for any purpose except as expressly permitted herein. Remixer agrees to defend and indemnify the Vibular Parties against any and all injury, costs, damages, or the like (including attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or as a result of Remixer's breach of the terms of this section or this Agreement.

6. Third-Party Beneficiaries: everyone, each of its individual members, and each of the other Vibular Parties are express third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and each is entitled to enforce the grants, releases, waivers, and indemnities set forth herein directly and in its own name.

7. No Confidentiality; No Obligation: Remixer acknowledges that submissions are made on a non-confidential and non-obligatory basis. No confidential or fiduciary relationship is created by Remixer's submission, and none of the Vibular Parties will be liable for any use of, or similarity to, material independently created, submitted by others, or already in development.

8. Eligibility: Remixer represents that Remixer is at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in Remixer's jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and has full authority to enter into this Agreement and grant the rights granted herein.

9. Other Stuff: This Agreement is made under the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in [San Francisco County], California. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior discussions. Remixer agrees that Remixer has had the opportunity to have independent counsel of Remixer's choice review this Agreement, and acknowledges that Remixer fully understands the terms of this Agreement and its effect. Remixer may not assign this Agreement; Vibular may freely assign it to any of the Vibular Parties or to any successor to its business or assets. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement may be signed in digital counterparts. No provision of this Agreement or any related document will be construed against or interpreted to the disadvantage of any party hereto by any court or other governmental or judicial authority by reason of such party having or being deemed to have structured or drafted such provision.

By providing your name and email and submitting, this shall serve as your digital signature and your agreement to the above. Stems shall be provided upon submission.
